The final session of Wednesday took place under the lights, as the sun was completely below the horizon, and the bright lights of Las Vegas shined around the Las Vegas Convention Center. American Gary Carlton was among the top KZ2 drivers all day, and finished the last session on top as the only driver below the 50-second mark despite battling jet lag and a cold. A 49.970 gave the former SuperNationals winner the top position, with Czech driver Patrik Hajek making it a 1-2 for Formula K to end the day. Multi-time Aussie champion David Sera set the quickest lap in the 88-driver TaG Senior field. The KartSport North America / Deadly Kart pilot was in the second group, posting a 51.910-second lap to secure the fast time for the final session. Nash Motorsportz / Tony Kart driver Brenden Baker was a close second, as the only two drivers below the 52-second mark. Championship contender and three-time SuperNats winner Darren Elliott (CRG) was top dog in the S4 Master Stock Moto category. Each group was pretty even, with seven drivers under 52 seconds in both rounds. As he showed at the SummerNationals, British driver Jonny Edgar (Benik) set mark in TaG Cadet.
